New Local Rule

NEW LOCAL RULE

All fixed sprinkler heads and irrigation covers are immovable obstructions and relief from interference from them may be taken under Rule 16.1. The player has extra options to take relief when such immovable obstructions are on the line of play within two club lengths of the putting green and within two club lengths of the ball under Rule 16.1b.
