ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TUESDAY 2nd DECEMBER 7:30pm
ALL MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND
WITH FULL MEMBERS ONLY ENTITLED TO VOTE
Any proposals for consideration at the AGM or nominations for Council are to be with the Secretary (via the office) by 11 November.
No proposals or nominations will be accepted after this time.
A full agenda will be published by 18th November.
All proposals must be signed by a proposer and seconder.
All nominations for the following Council posts must be signed by the nominee as accepting the nomination, and by the proposer and seconder.
